Prudent Excellence manages two mortgage investment funds: Prudent Excellence MIC and Premium Diamond MIC which have different rate of return, liquidity and investment portfolio.
All above investment products are private funds under regulations and are available only to eligible investors including Accredited Investors, Family Member/ Close Friend/ Business Associate Investors, and Company Investors with no less than $150,000. Investors are exposed to risks such as liquidity risk, limited disclosure risk, and tax & financial regulation risk.
